Terms and conditions for using PilotTrail

PilotTrail is a digital flight logbook platform provided by Pilotsub Aviation Nexus Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Our service helps pilots track flight hours, manage aircraft records, and maintain regulatory compliance with aviation authorities including EASA, with FAA, DGCA, and SACAA compliance coming soon.
By accessing or using PilotTrail (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Refunds are not available since PilotTrail is a digital product. All sales are final. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be provided for previously paid subscription fees.
Your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period after cancellation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Pilotsub Aviation Nexus Private Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
Aviation Compliance: While we strive to maintain compliance with aviation regulations, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring your flight records meet all applicable regulatory requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab, India.
